Executive Board 
Rules & Standards 

  1. Represent the Bible Society at events when appointed
  2. Attend all executive meetings on the 2nd Thursday of each month
  3. When representing the Bible Society one must be properly attired
  4. Live lives to emulate the Lord Jesus Christ
  5. Participate in all decision making for the Bible Society


Membership 
Rules & Regulations

  1. Obtain resources when available
  2. One year membership
  3. Special seating at Bible Society events
  4. Special prices for Bibles
  5. Free Bible Pin
  6. Voice in decision making and voting
  7. Attendance at all meetings.  If unable to attend please present a written or verbal excuse.
  8. Be properly attired when representing the Bible Society
  9. Live lives to emulate the Lord Jesus

Chapter 
Rules & Privileges 

  1. Support the activities planned by the executive for the mission of the Bible Society
  2. Accountable to the executive board in terms of decision making and finances
  3. Written report once per quarter
  4. All meetings should begin with at least 1/2 hour devotion
  5. Complete record of all members
  6. Representation at executive meetings
  7. Conduct activities to promote distribution and contribution to the Bible work in The Bahamas
